Development
HYP provides its expertise in acquiring land sites for development with specific hotel franchise opportunities, conducts all the due diligence necessary, market and feasibility studies, procurement of financing, development and management of the actual hotel project and finally ensures that all the opening requirements are in place.
Asset Management
The Company reviews daily hotel performance with a keen interest in sales & marketing, Ecommerce, cost management, and human resources. Budgets, business plans, projections on capital improvements, management of fixed costs including insurances and property taxes also get our regular attention.
Finance
Houston YP Hospitality Management Inc. provides its investors with tax advice and guidance through our partnerships with various professionals, including annual reporting and compliance matters.
